AgentMath Privacy Policy

The short version

AgentMath does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information. There are no accounts, no Graycells servers, no analytics, and no advertising. Your plan and deals stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud.

Who we are

AgentMath is a free iPhone app made by Graycells LLC (“we”, “us”). It helps real estate agents work out their take-home commission after their brokerage split, cap, fees and team split, and track the year against a goal. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Information we collect

None. Graycells LLC does not operate any server that receives data from AgentMath, and the app contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising code.

Information stored on your device

The following information stays on your iPhone, in the app's private storage. It is never sent to us:

• Your brokerage plan: split, cap, fees, team split, tax set-aside and take-home goal.
• Your deals: price, commission, dates, status, and the optional address, client name and notes you add.
• Your agent profile: name, photo, logo, brokerage, contact details, and license. You enter it once and your other Real Estate Agent Suite apps on the same iPhone use it through an App Group. Graycells never receives or stores it.

If you delete the app, this information is deleted with it from your iPhone. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud or a computer, this information may be included in that backup under Apple's terms.

iCloud sync

AgentMath syncs the information above through your own private iCloud database, so it appears on your other devices and follows you to a new iPhone. Apple handles that data under the Apple Privacy Policy and your iCloud terms. Graycells can't read it. If you aren't signed in to iCloud, everything stays on your iPhone.

Links to other apps and pages

Links in AgentMath, such as to OfferMath on the App Store or to this page, open in the App Store or Safari, which handle them under Apple's terms.

Purchases

AgentMath is free. It has no in-app purchases.

Children

AgentMath is a professional tool for real estate agents and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If a change ever means the app would collect information, we will say so here before that version of the app is released.
