RouteShow Privacy Policy

The short version

RouteShow does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no advertising. Your showing plans stay on your iPhone.

Who we are

RouteShow is an iPhone app made by Graycells LLC (“we”, “us”). It helps real estate agents plan the order and timing of property showings. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Information we collect

None. Graycells LLC does not operate any server that receives data from RouteShow, and the app contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising code.

Information stored on your device

The following information stays on your iPhone, in the app's private storage. It is never sent to us:

• The day you are planning: property addresses, showing times, MLS numbers, prices, and any private notes you add.
• Your optional agent profile: name, photo, brokerage, and phone number. Your profile and photo are stored only on your iPhone, and appear only on the itineraries and share cards you choose to send.
• App settings, such as your home city, default showing length, and whether prices appear in shares.

If you delete the app, this information is deleted with it. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud or a computer, this information may be included in that backup under Apple's terms.

Apple Maps services

To find addresses on the map and calculate driving times, RouteShow sends the addresses you enter, and the locations and times of your planned drives, to Apple's MapKit service. Apple handles this data under the Apple Privacy Policy. We never receive it.

Your location

RouteShow uses your location only for “Re-plan from here”, and only while the app is open. It asks for permission the first time you tap it. Your location is used on your device, and sent to Apple Maps only to plan the rest of your day. It is not stored after re-planning and is never sent to us. You can decline or change this permission at any time in iPhone Settings; re-planning then starts from your last completed showing.

Sharing into RouteShow

When you share text or a link into RouteShow from Safari, Mail, or another app, RouteShow processes that text or link on your iPhone only, to find the addresses in it. It is never sent to us.

Sharing and opening other apps

Information leaves RouteShow only when you choose to send it:

• Sharing an itinerary sends the text, image, or PDF to the apps and people you pick (Messages, Mail, and so on). Private notes are never included in shared itineraries.
• Opening directions in Google Maps or Apple Maps passes the route's addresses to that app or website, which handles them under its own privacy policy (for Google, the Google Privacy Policy).

Purchases

The optional one-time unlock is purchased through Apple's App Store, and Apple handles the purchase. We never receive your payment details. The app only checks with the App Store whether the unlock has been purchased.

Children

RouteShow is a professional tool for real estate agents and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If a change ever means the app would collect information, we will say so here before that version of the app is released.
