OfferMath Privacy Policy

The short version

OfferMath does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information. There are no accounts, no Graycells servers, no analytics, and no advertising. Your buyers, listings and deals stay on your iPhone, and with the optional unlock, in your own iCloud.

Who we are

OfferMath is an iPhone app made by Graycells LLC (“we”, “us”). It helps buyer's agents compare seller-concession and financing strategies for their buyers. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Information we collect

None. Graycells LLC does not operate any server that receives data from OfferMath, and the app contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising code.

Information stored on your device

The following information stays on your iPhone, in the app's private storage. It is never sent to us:

• Your buyers: names, contact details, and loan details.
• Your saved listings and the deals you build from them.
• App settings.
• Your agent profile: name, photo, logo, brokerage, contact details, and license. You enter it once and your other Real Estate Agent Suite apps on the same iPhone use it through an App Group. It appears only on the reports you choose to send. Graycells never receives or stores it.

If you delete the app, this information is deleted with it from your iPhone. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud or a computer, this information may be included in that backup under Apple's terms.

iCloud sync

With the optional unlock, OfferMath syncs the information above through your own private iCloud database, so it follows you to a new iPhone. Apple handles that data under the Apple Privacy Policy and your iCloud terms. Graycells can't read it.

Importing a listing

When you share or paste a listing link, your iPhone fetches that page directly from the listing site (for example Zillow, Realtor.com or Redfin) to read the home's details, such as the address, price, taxes and photo link. The request is a plain web page request from your iPhone, so the listing site sees it as it would a visit from any iPhone, and handles it under its own privacy policy. If the site blocks the quick fetch, OfferMath can open the page in an in-app browser, and reads the page you are looking at only when you tap Import. The listing site may set cookies in that browser, which keeps website data on your iPhone; the listing site handles them under its own policy. Nothing from this is sent to Graycells. Listing photos are shown by loading the photo's web address from the listing site's servers.

Sending reports

Information leaves OfferMath only when you choose to send it. Sharing a report sends the image or PDF to the apps and people you pick (Messages, Mail, and so on).

Purchases

The optional one-time unlock is purchased through Apple's App Store, and Apple handles the purchase. We never receive your payment details. The app only checks with the App Store whether the unlock has been purchased.

Children

OfferMath is a professional tool for real estate agents and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If a change ever means the app would collect information, we will say so here before that version of the app is released.
